FITNESS CAUSES WELLNESS

Facilitating our blood circulation gets enhanced better to prevent disease than finding the treatment after it happens. Average Fitness is good and important to a track of wellness since it helps a lot to get us refreshed staying cool physically plus mentally.
There are many ways to a greater fitness accomplishment. Wellness can be achieved by simple mode. Such as, eating the right diet, jogging for few minutes a day, if walk as much as we can rather than driving two or three block where the convenient wine coolers, and potato chips are sold for eventual build up of fitness wellness causes.
One of my doctors told me that she can give me general examination for hundred dollars special price of the week when I only went to get my Hepatitis B vaccine. She said, “I can give you general examination for hundred dollar cash payment.” My answer was I wish I could have been checked today. I told her it has been four to five years since I had a check up. Then I told her, right now I am not working, but once I get back to work, I will remember that good deal price you have. Here, do not forget here somebody living in America without job and health insurance just like many unfortunate people. I did let her know that luckily I am healthy, otherwise, I can’t afford it. . She was trying to be nice to me and giving me a discounted price knowing that I don’t have health insurance coverage since I have been unemployed. It looks like she assumed I am a poor guy with nothing. It is correct I have nothing in terms of money and wealth. But I am strongly gifted and healthy guy. That is right a poor guy with nothing!
One of my reasons is to show you how you can stay healthily fit with less expense as I am. Do I need to go back to that doctor again? Thank God.No.No.No, I don’t need that. Why? Because I am fit and healthy who exceeds most people of similar level. Per haps you heard that saying, those people who go for doctor treatment either major or minor related problems, they get better, but do not recover fully. So in the process of life, they might end up going back there. We do know for how long; nevertheless, that is an opening of the door between the doctor, the patient and the health business. By the way, doctors, always want their patient visit again and again, except few of them. I can take Dr. Alb Rienzi as a very unforgettable example, the renowned Italian Doctor from Bologna, Italy who exists ever. We will talk about her later.
A little bit of non-impact intensity exercise program are mostly for people with coronary artery disease, hypertension, stroke, peripheral, vascular disease, diabetes, asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, osteoporosis, low-back pain, arthritis, older adults weight management, children, and pregnancy. Wellness is the result of being well; therefore, it is a clear stress free reaction of fitness. We do workout, which is called fitness, consequently, we feel good and energetic which is health and wellness. It can have a lot of effect on the things we do daily making us successfully happy. In order to attain that stage of being achiever, proper exercise and watching our diet are important steps. We need to identify special needs and health concerns of a person to effectively address it. So these changes in our health status as they occur enhance a better wellness progress.
